Why we quote undercarriage as a kit

Undercarriage is the fastest-wearing system on a tracked excavator: track chain, rollers, idler, sprocket and shoes wear as one set. Replacing one item on a worn set shortens the life of the new part. So we quote the set, with the wear readings you send us, and you replace once instead of five times.

Who is behind the kit

Smile Machinery was established in 1998 and spent more than two decades distributing medical equipment — a sector where the regulator inspects on site and where supplier qualification, incoming inspection and traceable dispatch records are not optional. Since 2002 our warehouse has run on a documented inventory-management system, upgraded step by step as the business grew. China’s drug administration re-examines medical device distributors in full every five years, and the audit covers the in/out procedure, the people who run it, the movement records themselves and even the temperature of the storage rooms.

• Our medical device licence does not cover machinery parts, and we do not claim it does. What carries over is the working habit: a written procedure and a record for every movement.
• Every order passes supplier qualification, OEM and nameplate verification, incoming inspection and a pre-shipment photo check before it leaves Xi’an.
• Instead of a photo and a part number, we write usage and installation notes for the products we publish — in English and Russian — and full illustrated guides for core product lines. Coverage grows as each guide is verified; where a guide is still missing we say so instead of inventing one.

What a kit can include

How it works

1. You send the machine model, serial or a nameplate photo.
2. You send the wear readings: track chain height / link height, roller diameter, sprocket teeth condition, or photos of each.
3. We confirm which positions actually need replacing — and which still have life left.
4. One quote within 24 hours: parts, packing, freight to your city, lead time.

What we do not do

• OEM numbers on aftermarket parts are for reference only — the part is not branded original unless we say so in the quote.
• Fitment is confirmed by part number, machine serial or photo before you pay. Undercarriage varies by track gauge and roller position.
• Warranty is stated per line in the quotation (typically 3-12 months on wear parts).
• We do not publish prices: one part number exists in several quality grades, so each kit is quoted per enquiry.
