Smile Machinery Upgrades Website and Launches SCM Supply Chain System

This article introduces the newly upgraded website and SCM supply chain system of Smile Machinery. The system provides equipment-based wear-part replacement reminders, a free inventory management module for workshops without ERP, zero-stock parts consolidation, pre-shipment inspection and localized usage guidance in Russian. It is designed for construction equipment owners and repair shops in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia. The article explains how the system reduces downtime, simplifies cross-border parts procurement and supports preventive maintenance for models such as KOMATSU PC200-8, CAT 320D, SHANTUI SD22 and KOMATSU WA380-6.
