Sold under part number E180004, drawing number 9F850-73C000001A01. It is a direct-fit replacement: the mounting pattern and the tooth geometry follow the original, so no modification of the bucket or the adapter is needed.
The tooth sleeve is the adapter that carries the tooth and takes the load between the tooth and the base. Replace it when the nose is worn out of shape (the new tooth rocks on it), when the pin holes are oval, or when cracks start from the corners — a loose tooth on a worn sleeve wears both parts out within days.
Material is wear-resistant cast alloy steel, produced by the foundry in Luoyang, Henan, using lost-foam casting, investment casting, water-glass sand casting and coated-sand casting, with a wear-resistant alloy steel grade for the working surface. Castings are inspected and photographed before dispatch.
