Radiator upper hose (49 mm inner diameter) for the Caterpillar C6.4 / 3066 diesel engine — a direct replacement for the original Caterpillar 265-3654. It carries coolant from the engine to the radiator and returns on the lower hose.
Hoses age from the inside out: the rubber hardens, the reinforcement breaks down and the hose can burst or start seeping at the clamps, causing coolant loss and overheating. Replaced at scheduled cooling-system service or whenever the hose shows bulging, cracking or soft spots.
Supplied as one moulded hose. Confirm the engine and machine model before ordering; fit with new clamps, and never reuse a hose that has been in service after removal.
